Country Fisherman

The Country Fisherman is a family buffet featuring seafood items on Friday and Saturday nights and southern food at lunch daily. “World Class” desserts and full salad boat are featured at all times. The hot foods, fish and dessert items are prepared on-site daily from recipes developed by Peggy Harris Tuma at the Prentiss location in 1988. Total customer satisfaction, food value and consistency, plus friendly, courteous service are at the heart of the Country Fisherman philosophy.
